Electric Actuated Series 77 3-Piece Stainless Steel Ball Valve

This electric actuated Mars series 77, full-bore ball valve is designed to meet the demanding needs of today’s process flow control requirements. Suitable for slightly aggressive media which makes the combination a reliable and compact unit. The ball valve features a 3-piece, stainless-steel body, a blow-out proof stem, and reinforced PTFE seats which are fully maintainable.

Available in sizes: 1/4” (DN8), 3/8” (DN10), 1/2” (DN15), 3/4” (DN20), 1” (DN25), 1 1/4” (DN32), 1 1/2” (DN40), 2” (DN50), 2 1/2” (DN65), 3” (DN80), and 4” (DN100), with screwed BSP, butt weld, socket weld, or NPT end connections. The valve has a working temperature range of -20°C to 200°C, and a maximum working pressure of 1000 PSI.

The valve is supplied fitted with a powerful HQ electric actuator, available in the following operating voltages: 24V DC, 24V AC, 110V AC, and 230V AC.
The electric actuator fits directly onto the valve, and is a powerful quarter turn rotary actuator.

The actuator offers limit switches, an anti-condensation heater, optical indicator and manual override fitted as standard, with options for modulation, and V Control, and housed in a IP67
