Economy 3 Way Pneumatic Actuated Stainless Steel Ball Valve

The type PE4118 is a well proven modular pneumatically actuated 3-way ball valve. Offering economic yet reliable service for automatic 3-way diversion of fluids. The unit comprises of a powerful HP pneumatic actuator offered in double acting or spring return that is fitted onto a direct mount 3-way ball valve. The ball valve is supplied in 316 stainless steel, it has a reduced bore and is screwed BSPT. The seats are RPTFE.

The pneumatic actuator has been sized with 30% safety factor and needs a minimum of 5.5 bar air to operate. The actuator has Namur interfaces that accommodate switchboxes and pilot solenoid valves.

Typical Applications for this unit include automatic diverting of clean liquids and gases. Cleaning and isolation of pipelines.
