Economy Sanitary Weld End Ball Valve - Direct Mount

A 3 piece sanitary ball valve with ISO 5211 mounting platform for automatic operation. Offered with TFM 1600 (FDA approved) Cavity filled ball seats and seals. ASTM A351 CF3M 316 Stainless steel construction, 316 trim. Ta Luft self adjusting stem sealing. Chemically polished external surface, mechanical polish 0.8um internal.

Suitable for sanitary applications including CIP.

Cavity filled seats are designed to eliminate the cavity around the ball, minimize trapped fluid in the valve body that can contaminate the process. TFM 1600 cavity filled seats and seals offer excellent performance in control of food products, pharmaceuticals and high velocity applications. TFM 1600 is 3A, FDA and WRAS certified.
