A low cost, high quality combination of our economy HQ003 Compact Electric Actuator fitted to an economy 2 way, 3 piece stainless steel full bore ball valve. This combination offers both reliability and a low cost. The HQ003 electric actuator is specially designed for easy installation having pre wired flying leads. Weatherproofed to IP67 and is supplied with, manual override and limit switches, LED open and closed indication and anti condensation heaters. In addition this high quality unit provides optical position indication, with all electrical components and alloy gearing ensuring reliability and extended life span. The ball valve body is in stainless steel CF8M, full bore with RPTFE (15% filled) seats, PTFE seals. They are fully maintainable and have screwed BSPT Taper ends. The valve and actuator fit directly onto each other (valve has an ISO mounting pad) so no mounting kits are required, thus making the package more compact and cost effective.
