Burkert Type 3233 Hygienic Diaphragm Valve

Burkert's Type 3233 Hygienic Diaphragm Valve is suitable for neutral gases and liquids, ultra-pure, sterile, aggressive and/or corrosive media; designed specifically for 3A / FDA compliant processing.

A manually operated 2/2 way diaphragm valve with no dead volume, available in Clamp or Weld End connections with a forged 316L Stainless Steel ASME BPE body and PTFE / EPDM seals. Benefits from a flow-optimised body, PPS bonnet and PPS handwheel.

Continuous adjustment of flow can be easily undertaken using the built-in handwheel.

Installed as required or tilted 5 to 30° to the horizontal and inclined 3 to 5° to the flow direction for self-draining operation.

Key features:

• Available in 316L Stainless Steel ASME BPE, sizes: 1/4" to 2".
• Pressure range: 0-10 Bar.
• Ambient temperature: Up to 130°C.
• Media temperature: -10°C.
